[trunk] rev. 5233: note properties?

Hi,

In rev. 5233 (possibly from before it: I couldn't follow trunk development for a little while), there is no longer a "Note Properties" item in the right-click menu for a note.

Is a temporary situation or is it gone forever? there were many useful parameters there...

P.S.: my system is Ubuntu 11.10 with latest Qt SDK and Qt lib 4.7.4.
