Results of MusicXML regression test on 0.9.6 branch

over the past weeks I have run Reinhold Kainhofers MusicXML regression test suite through the current 0.9.6 branch. This exposes a number of bugs, including bugs that need fixing before we release 1.2. For those, I will submit issues tagged with MusicXML and 1.2. Detailed results (including a comparison with our main competitors) are attached.
