Hide/show naturals and court. keys for indiv. key sigs (trunk patch)

Miwarre
Hi,

Again in the path of yesterday patch, the patch attached allows to select to hide/show preceding courtesy key sig. and/or hide/show naturals display for each individual key sig.

This patch is for the trunk (not for the 0.9.6 branch as the previous one, which can be probably ignored).

Notes:
*) only user-created key sigs have these choices, not program-generated sigs at the beginning of each staff

*) no attempt is made to detect if the sig really needs naturals or courtesy key (if not, each choice is present but not has visible effect)

*) 2 new sub-tag ("showNaturals" and "showCourtesySig") are added in the <keysig> tag in the saved file

*) 4 new strings ("Hide naturals" / "Show naturals" - "Hide courtesy sig.") / "Show courtesy sig.") are added for the menu items

*) TO DO: when key sig properties are changed, the document is not marked dirty nor is undo available.

*) while testing, be careful NOT to leave a key sig selected when saving the score: a bug (in the program, not in the patch) prevents the score to be loaded again when a key sig is selected.

Hoping it can be useful,

M.

For the record, the relevant issue in the bug tracker is :
http://musescore.org/en/node/4370
Regarding the last point, about the bug with keysig selected, it's now
solved see : http://musescore.org/en/node/6289
