Couple of diagrams describing MuseScore inner model

Hi,
I updated the diagram I did a couple of years ago to describe the
Element objects and his descendants. I also made another one including
the Score object.

This page also include part of the developer manual included in the
SVN repo. Of Course, this page needs more documentation about
MuseScore code. I'll try to write some more.
